At Osmium Property Inspections, every standard home inspection includes a complimentary 90-Day Limited Home Warranty provided by Residential Warranty Services. This added protection offers peace of mind by covering you for 90 days from the inspection date or 22 days after closing, whichever period is longer. The warranty includes coverage for most major appliances, water heaters, and A/C units under 10 years old, as well as electrical systems, interior plumbing lines and drains, and key structural components. It even includes repairs for many types of roof leaks, giving you added confidence as you move forward with your new home.
